Niki Zianika
Niki Zianika holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Athens (LL.B., 2015), an LL.M. in Financial Criminal Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2024), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Tax Law from Deloitte Business Solutions S.A. (2016). She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2017.
Niki is specialized in criminal litigation and financial crime, focusing on complex cases involving money laundering, corruption, tax and customs fraud, financial fraud, corporate criminal liability, medical malpractice, intellectual property crime, market abuse, European criminal law, extradition, and mutual legal assistance.
She also advises clients on dispute resolution, real estate and investment law. Her real estate law work includes advising on large-scale acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and restructuring projects for foreign investors in Athens and across Greece. Niki provides comprehensive, strategic legal advice on investment projects that often involve multifaceted regulatory and procedural challenges.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at leading criminal law firms in Athens gaining invaluable experience in high-profile criminal cases.
In addition to her practice, Niki was elected Lecturer of Criminal Procedure at the Hellenic Police Officers School in 2020 and has served as a special legal consultant to the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection and Crisis Management.
Niki is a member of the Defence Extradition Lawyers Forum (DELF) and maintains an active pro bono practice focused on international human rights and animal rights. During her studies, she also completed an internship in the Programs Department of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
